One-Arm Push-Ups

This exercise can put as much as 70% of one's bodyweight on one-arm.

The feet are often shoulder width apart for this exercise. The closer together the feet the more difficult the exercise. Some people consider doing this exercise with the feet completely together and no twisting of the a body a 'Perfect one-arm push-up'.
