An isometric exercise for developing the core in which one holds a push-up position for extended times. The exercise can also be performed on the forearms. Remember to engage the core and keep breathing during the exercise.

One-Arm Plank

By using only one arm it becomes more difficult to maintain stability forcing the muscles to work harder.
